Due to the deeply personal and energetic nature of my work, all sales are final. I do not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed. Candle burnings, spell work, and spiritual services begin preparation immediately upon purchase, and for this reason they cannot be undone or reversed. I am truly sorry if this is disappointing, but this boundary is necessary to protect the integrity of the work.
